The report finds that the greater Chinese notebook PC shipment volume and value both recorded growth in the second quarter of 2011 due to delayed shipment of new platform products and the replacement demand of commercial products. It is projected that shipment volume and market share will both see steady growth in the third quarter of 2011 and continue well into the last quarter of 2011.
